New York City Democrats are so uninspired by their mayoral candidates they would overwhelmingly vote for former president Bill Clinton if he decided to run, according to a poll published today.
The New York Daily News/CBS Channel 2 poll was the second in two weeks showing about half of New Yorkers would like to see Clinton run for mayor in November, even though the Arkansas native has indicated he does not want the job of running one of the world's biggest cities.
